ARCO Return & Refund Policy

At ARCO, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products. Each bracelet is carefully designed to meet the highest standards, and your satisfaction is our top priority.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


🔄 Returns

We gladly accept returns on full-priced items within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in its original condition

  • Returned in the original packaging (including gift boxes or pouches)

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

⚠️ Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.


📦 How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at arco.australia.jewellery@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and the return address.

  3. Package your item securely and send it back using a tracked shipping service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of untracked parcels.
