1. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to availability and approval. We may cancel orders due to stock limits, payment issues, or suspected fraud. Once confirmed, you’ll get an order confirmation email.
2. Pricing and Payment
Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely. By paying, you confirm you’re authorised to use your payment method.
3. Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location and external factors. ARCO isn’t responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control.
4. Returns and Refunds

5. Product Descriptions
We try to describe products accurately but slight differences in colour, size, or finish may occur due to handmade nature and screen settings. ARCO isn’t liable for these minor variations.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site (images, logos, text, designs) belongs to ARCO or licensors and is protected by law. You may not use or copy any content without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ARCO isn’t liable for any loss or damage from using our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
