ARCO Shipping Policy

At ARCO, we want you to enjoy your new bracelet as soon as possible! Here’s everything you need to know about shipping.

Processing Time

We process and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
During busy times or sales, processing might take a little longer — thanks for your patience!

Shipping Within Australia

We offer two shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes at the moment.

International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Stay tuned for updates!

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Delivery Delays

Sometimes, external factors like holidays or courier delays can slow things down. We aren’t responsible for delays once the package is with the courier.

Change of Address

Need to update your shipping address? Contact us within 12 hours of ordering at

Incorrect Shipping Info

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We aren’t responsible for lost or delayed packages due to wrong or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, email us ASAP at
